Late Shri Pragada Kotaiah (26 July 1915 – 26 November 1995) was born to Late Shri Pragada Veerabhadrudu, Late Smt. Kotamma in Nidubrolu, Andhra Pradesh, India. He was an Indian Freedom Fighter, Parliamentarian and Legislator . He was the leader of the Handloom movement in India.
Shri Pragada Kotaiah dedicated his life to the welfare of marginalized communities, particularly renowned for his exceptional contributions to the handloom weavers.
With his visionary leadership, Shri Pragada Kotaiah seamlessly integrated upstream and downstream systems to provide holistic support to handloom weavers. His efforts encompassed every aspect of their lives, from housing needs to marketing support for their products.
The establishment of housing colonies provided weavers with dedicated spaces where entire families could undertake various ancillary activities related to weaving. Co-operative Societies were set up to supply yarn and to market the finished products, while co-operative cotton spinning mills ensured a steady supply of cotton yarn to their societies. Additionally, weaving centres and design centres were introduced to empower weavers to create garments aligned with contemporary designs. Marketing cooperatives facilitated the global reach of handloom products, significantly enhancing the lives of the weavers.
In essence, Shri Pragada Kotaiah became synonymous with the handloom weavers, leaving an indelible legacy of empowerment and progress.

You should be both interested and motivated to progress in your studies. An external motivation like I want to become - Engineer/Doctor/Govt Employee/Bank Employee/Software Engineer etc is the biggest motivator. So first define your goals.
At present ©Steadygro caters to 11 and 12th Students aspiring for Engineering and Medical Graduate Courses to enable poor deserving students to compete with well-trained students. In future more courses are planned to be added for Aptitude Test for Govt jobs etc.
©Steadygro is an essential element in your Quality Education, which combines Knowledge with Skill. Neural Learning Techniques/Methods Strongly Potentiate the Brain to Motivate, heighten and retain your Skills and Learning for Long Term at every stage. It helps accelerated improvement towards a more resilient long-term strategy.
©Steadygro cycle is designed considering Neuroplasticity and Neurogenesis capabilities of the Brain. There are 85 billion neurons with 100 trillion connections. The brain can create, strengthen, weaken or dismantle connections between your neurons depending upon what you are doing. The more you practice, the stronger these connections become. As your connections strengthen, the messages (nerve impulses) are transmitted increasingly faster, making them more efficient. Conversely, when you stop practicing, the connections disappear making it more difficult for you. Scientists have proved that following these simple techniques strengthen and form new neural connections pathways and allows electrical impulses to travel faster across them.
Learning, when done correctly, is a very effective tool, so it can be helpful when used to prepare for a test or learn an entirely new subject matter on your own. Here are some tips for practicing successfully as per ©Steadygro Learning Cycle.
In ©Steadygro there are chapter help files and solutions to questions in simple language. Understand these fully in addition to your regular books. Make notes the way you understand (self explanation). Form a team with your friends. Explain to your friends what you learnt. Practice in Help Mode in ©Steadygro. Do not try to remember all the formulae. Learn and remember few fundamental formulae from which you can derive the other formulae.
Once you have learnt and grasped the subject, you need to develop skill to master its application. Learning is not something through which you can improve your performance instantly. You need to constantly test yourself daily and improve skills. Practice in Excel Mode in ©Steadygro. In case you are not able to apply your learning to a problem, you would immediately know the lacking skill or lack of knowledge. Our minds learn best when we're met with immediate feedback. If something's right, we need to feel rewarded. If something's wrong, we should be corrected immediately; this also prevents us from practicing or rehearsing the wrong things. Note down the questions nos you were not able to solve. Login in Help Mode and learn those problems or consult your Teacher.
©Steadygro assesses you on each question and also on overall chapter performance. When answering each question, after establishing an initial value, advises whether you are improving or deteriorating on that question. In parallel it also consolidates overall chapter performance. Take a detailed progress report from ©Steadygro in Excel Mode. Identify the chapters you have not done well or which you were not able to do. Go back to those chapters in Step-1 and Learn and absorb those chapters and repeat the ©Steadygro Cycle.
Before you start practicing you need to first Register. Once you register ©Steadygro is intuitive and self-explanatory. However few guidelines given.
